3. Dry-Lease Rentals

All equipment rents without operator or crew — dry lease only.

• The renter operates the unit under their own certification, licenses, and insurance where required.
• Units subject to regulatory certification (aircraft, marine vessels, certain machinery) rent only to renters who demonstrate applicable credentials.
• Rental terms, including period, delivery, fuel, maintenance, and return condition, are written on the manifest before the unit leaves the yard.
• We decline rental where renter qualification cannot be verified or the intended use is unlawful.

4. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website lawfully and in a manner consistent with its purpose. You will not:
